About Ross-Tech

Ross-Tech, LLC is located in Lansdale, PA, USA.  We provide diagnostics solutions for VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda  automobiles through our principal product,  VAG-COM.  Ross-Tech's staff consists of the following people:

	Uwe Ross founded Ross-Tech and heads up product development.   You can find Uwe's personal web page here.
	Linda Ross handles order processing, activations and accounting matters.
	Andy Smith handles tech support and assists with product testing.  You can find an homage to Andy's car here.
	Eric Maurier has become our chief programmer.  He is also the distributor for the French-language version and a self-confessed diesel fanatic.
	Bruce Ruhf is our Operations Manager.   Bruce has extensive experience managing small business operations.
	Santos Vega assists with order fulfillment, tech support, shipping, and receiving.
	Sebastian Stange is our applications guru.   He helps with product support especially in the German market.  Sebastian lives in Magdeburg, Germany.
	Tom Newingham is our MIS guy.
	Andrew Dickinson is in charge of our shipping department. His email address starts with "AJD" since his first name was already taken by a previous employee..
